Needing just a single point to confirm advancement after PSV’s 3-2 win against Sevilla earlier that day, the Gunners achieved their objective comfortably.
With one round of group stage fixtures remaining, Mikel Arteta’s squad is already aware that they’ll face one of the group runners-up in the round of 16.
While there are still details to be finalized in other groups, Arsenal has a general idea of potential opponents in the next stage.

These could include Napoli or Braga, Real Sociedad or Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid or Lazio, Borussia Dortmund, PSG or AC Milan, RB Leipzig, Barcelona, Porto or Shakhtar Donetsk, and Galatasaray or FC Copenhagen.
