As per the statement from Babafemi Raji, the Super Eagles’ media officer, training sessions scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday will be conducted behind closed doors, fostering a focused and strategic environment. However, there’s a noteworthy exception – Friday’s session will be open to the media, allowing a sneak peek into the team’s final preparations for the crucial encounter.

Under the guidance of coach Jose Peseiro, the team has been diligently training at the Police College, Cocody, ever since their arrival in Abidjan for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. The venue has become the epicenter of their strategic preparations.
