ELIGIBILITY
Outlined below are the various positions available and their requirements, Please make sure you read the instructions below before you begin your registration.

STATE CONSTITUENCY RETURNING OFFICER

1. Requirement : Must be a Serving Vice Chancellor of any University or Retired Justice/Judge of Federal High Court.
2. LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA (LGA) COLLATIONOFFICER
   Requirement : Must be A Lecturer of Federal Tertiary Institution Or Member of the following Professional Associations (NMA, ANAN, PSN, NSE, NIA, NIQS)
3. AREA COUNCIL RETURNING OFFICERS
   Requirement : Must be a Senior lecturer or Professor in a Federal Tertiary Institution.
4. RA/WARD COLLATION OFFICERS
   Requirement : Must be a Senior lecturer or Retired Directing staff of INEC
5. SUPERVISORY PRESIDING OFFICER
   Requirement : Must be either an INEC Staff, RAOs, Retired DS of INEC or Federal Public Servant (Ministries, Departments and Agencies) Grade Level 10-14 at State Level.
6. RAC MANAGER
   Requirement : Must be a Federal Public Servant (Ministries, Departments and Agencies) Grade Level 7 and above at State Level.
7. PRESIDING OFFICER
   Requirement : Must be a serving NYSC Member or penultimate year students of Federal Tertiary Institutions.
8. ASSISTANT PRESIDING OFFICER
   Requirement : Must be a serving NYSC Member, Student of penultimate year in Federal Tertiary Institutions, Former NYSC Member (not later than 2017 batch) or Staff of MDAs possessing minimum of National Diploma/equivalent at State Level.
9. RATECH
   Requirement : Must be a suitable INEC staff (not engaged in any other duties) or serving NYSC
   Member where available or Students of IT Institution or Penultimate year students of Federal Tertiary Institution.
