Jada Pinkett has expressed plans to take legal action against an individual who made serious allegations against her estranged husband, Will Smith, involving actor Duane Martin.
In a widely circulated video, an individual referred to as Brother Bilaal made explicit claims, alleging that he witnessed Will Smith engaged in intimate activities with Duane Martin, specifically mentioning anal intercourse.
Brother Bilaal, self-identified as a longtime friend of Will Smith spanning 40 years, recounted searching for the actor at various locations only to stumble upon a situation where he purportedly witnessed the intimate act between Will and Duane in a dressing room.

Responding to these allegations, Jada Pinkett vehemently denounced the claims as “malicious, absurd, and baseless.” She emphasized during an interview on the Breakfast Club podcast that they intend to pursue legal action against such unfounded accusations. Jada emphasized the distinction between having an opinion about someone and fabricating damaging stories, citing the latter as actionable.
When asked about Will’s reaction to the claims, Jada noted, “One thing about Will is his ability to find humor even in challenging situations.”
Additionally, a representative speaking on behalf of Will Smith addressed the situation in an interview with TMZ, categorically dismissing the allegations as entirely false and fabricated. The representative emphasized the unequivocal falsehood of the claims made against Smith.
