Davido may be forced to face punishment for participating in politics while still a member of NYSC.
According to NYSC Bye Laws which strongly advised her members not to take part in anypolitical campaigns whatsoever, Davido might be penalized with an extension of 3months in his service, and may not get paid.
One of The Bye-Laws states that: “Any member who takes part in partisan politics is liable to extension of service for a period not less than three (3) months without pay.”.. and we all know Davido is currently campaigning for his Uncle, Senator Adeleke in Osun state.
The NYSC Bye-laws of 1993 is the code guiding every corps member in the country.
