Holders Manchester City will be away at Preston, while League One outfit MK Dons host Liverpool.
Manchester United will welcome Rochdale to Old Trafford.
Arsenal to play Nottingham Forest at the Emirates, while Chelsea will take on the winner of the Grimsby/Macclesfield Town tie.
The fixtures drawn from the third round will be played in the week commencing September 23.
