Amapiano which is translated as Zulu for the piano is a style of house music that is originated from South Africa in the year 2012. The Amapiano Songs is a combination of deep house, lounge and jazz characterized by wide percussive baselines, airy pads and synth.

Amapiano songs is distinguished from other form of music by piano melodies that are high pitched, a low tempo 90s South Africa’s house music, percussions from Bacardi. Bacardi is another local sub genre of house from the South African region.
