Snoop Dogg Returns To Smoking Three Days After Quitting Publicly

Merely four days following his declaration of giving up smoking, the renowned American hip-hop icon, Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., famously known as Snoop Dogg, has clarified that the “smoking” he intended to relinquish was not related to cannabis but rather the use of a smoky room warmer.

Through a promotional video shared on his X handle earlier this week, Snoop Dogg revealed his decision to go “smokeless with Solo Stove.”

In the video, the rapper stated, “I have a big announcement—I’m giving up smoke. I know what you’re thinking, ‘Snoop, smoke has been synonymous with your entire persona.’ But I’m calling it quits. I’m going smokeless. Solo Stove engineered fire. They eliminate the smoke. Brilliant! [Laughs]”

Initially, when Snoop Dogg had shared his decision to quit smoking “after considerable contemplation and discussions” with his family, many of his fans and associates had presumed he was addressing his long-standing association with marijuana.

One of his peers, Meek Mill, had also expressed intentions to follow suit by planning to move to Dubai to quit smoking, citing a diagnosis of emphysema.
