This year’s edition of Ghana meets Naija is coming up on June 9, 2018 at the Accra Conference Center and it is going to be a night to remember.
Arts billed to perform at this year’s Ghana meet Naija are Stonebwoy, Kidi, Kuami Eugene, King Promise, Patapaa and Fancy Gadam representing Ghana and Wizkid, Mr. Eazi and Mayorkun representing Nigeria.
Interestingly Shatta Wale was missing in artists representing Ghana as well as Sarkoide in this year’s edition and we happen to know why.
Sarkodie has been booked for a show outside Ghana on June 9. That may be the reason he won’t be able to perform on Ghana Meet Naija.
Shatta Wale has been peforming on Ghana Meet Naija for 5 consecutive years.
It came as a shock to Ghanaians when the list came out and Shatta Wale wasn’t included.
According to movie producer and entertainment critic Ola Micheal, Wale was dropped from the list because of Wizkid.
First it was CAF, now on Ghana Meet Naija Concert.
Wizzy Baby is on Fia!!! Showing Shatta Wale that he’s not on his level.
This must be as the result of the self acclaimed dancehall king beefing the Nigerian singer in the late 2017 claiming he doesn’t see Wizkid as a superstar which resulted in their fans insulting each other on social media.
