On 18/08/2021, The Nigerian Youth Parliament National Assembly Abuja (4th Session) presented an “Award of Global Socio-economic Development of the Youth” to Hon. Abdul-Mojeed Olawale Mogbonjubola, The Deputy Chief of Staff to Oyo State Governor.
The Award was part of the 4 days Youth Summit organised by the Honourable Member Representing Oyo Central Senatorial District at the 4th Session of The Nigerian Youth Parliament National Assembly Abuja on the 9th-12th June,2021 @Ilaji Sport and Resorts, Akanran, Ibadan.

The theme of the summit is “Leadership Series 1: Entrepreneurial Development, Unemployment, Security and Education”
The summit started on the 9th June, 2021 with medical outreach at Olomi Community Market Oluyole Local Government Area where 150 market women/men and youth were attended to in Blood Sugar test, urine test, etc.
The second day (10th June) started with the second phase of the medical outreach at Akanran Health Center where Hernia Surgery was done free of charge for 15 patients.
On the second day, we had “Inter-Secondary Spelling Bee Competition” to engage the coming generation positively and set a mentee-mentor’s path for them.
Also, we had the panel discussion on the second day.
On the third day(11th June) we had the final place of our Inter-Local Government Football Competition where Akinyele local government came first.
Thereafter, we had vocational Training Session where participants were thought “Make-Over, Auto Gele, Tie and Dye, Cinematography and photography”.
The last day 12th June was meant for “Beauty Pageant, Dinner and Award Day” which the June 12 Nation wide activitism override by action. This prompted us to shift a week forward and event took it proper shape on the 19th June, 2021 at the same venue of Ilaji Resorts Akanran Ibadan.
Hon. Femi Adeyemi (Member Representing Oyo Central Senatorial District at the 4th Session of The Nigerian Youth Parliament National Assembly Abuja) in his remarks, describe the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon Abdul-Mojeed Olawale Mogbonjubola as a God sent leader who in his capacity is contributing immensely to the socio-economic development of the youth. He is indeed a man of the masses and truly he has genuine support for Youth Emancipation.
Hon. Olawale Mogbonjubola appreciates the Award and convener of the award.
He said;
“To me this is another challenge to do more for the youth course and I promise to at all time give more support to youth development and emancipation as our Principal (His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde) is not tired and warried on his passion to move the state to a greater heights involving the youths.”
