A Nigerian man identified as One Isiokponye Onuodafin from Owa-Alizomor Community in Ika Northeast Local Government Area of Delta State as reportedly Slumped and die.
This incident happened after the deceased went to the hospital for check up but on his arrival at his resident in Italy he Slumps and died.
This come as a great shock as the information given to him at the hospital was a clean sheet stating that he is in perfect health condition.

According to the younger brother to the deceased, Mr. Uzoma Onuodafin, he was called on the phone that his brother was complaining of headache before he died.
The younger brother described him as loving, caring and jovial person, the body of the deceased as was laid to rest in Italy.
