Dejan Lovren and Joel Matip miss out on the squad through injury, but Milner is back on the bench against his former club after shaking off a hamstring issue.
City show four changes from Sunday’s 2-0 win over Newcastle United in the FA Cup quarter-finals. Garcia and Foden are recalled to the side in place of Otamendi and David Silva. While Mahrez and Bravo are replaced by Rodrigo and Ederson.
Academy product Doyle is named in the matchday squad for a league game for the second time this season.
