Adrian Clarke, Ex-Gunners star, has criticised Manchester United for signing Harry Maguire from Leicester City.
Adrian Clarke slammed Maguire by claiming the defender was not even the best defender at Leicester City.
The former Arsenal player also said that the England International was overpriced by Solskjaer’s side. He said, the former United defender, Jonny Evans is better than Maguire.
Red Devil agreed on a £80million deal with Leicester City for Maguire on Friday. The 26-year-old has already done the medical.
Clarke said;
“Maguire is overpriced by around £25m at least, if not more than that.”
“I see him as a good defender, but I certainly don’t see him as a great defender.
“I’d even argue that Jonny Evans, the man Manchester United disposed of and the man he was partnering last year at Leicester, is a better defender than Harry Maguire.”
