The both attacking minded teams started with full attacking forces.


Fortunately for the home team, they quickly utilized their chances and before the blink of an eye, it was two goals to nothing.

The first goal came from outside box 18 with a direct shot by Brazilian midfielder, Fabinho.


In short time, Egyptian magician, Mohammed Salah doubled the scoreline for Liverpool.

The Reds managed to secure the first half win with two goals lead.


Though, Manchester City was playing good game and created many chances but was unable to convert them to goals.

Liverpool quickly made it three goals immediately they started the second half of the game.


Some people were criticizing the Referee for been bias in supporting Liverpool.

Liverpool defender were said to have committed a foul in the goal box but the Referee refused to check the Video Assistance Referee (VAR). Whereas, penalty kick should have been awarded to Man City.

At this time, Manchester City were in charge of the game with a good possession.

But with all these efforts, Man City were only chanced to returned just one goal out of the three conceded goals
