Christian Eriksen to leave Manchester United over lack of game time.
Manchester United midfielder, Christian Eriksen, appears poised to bid farewell to the club this summer owing to his reduced game time under manager Erik ten Hag.
According to reports from Danish outlet Ekstrabladet (via TEAMTalk), Eriksen has recognized that his tenure at Old Trafford is drawing to a close, particularly as he finds himself overshadowed by younger talents such as Kobbie Mainoo, Scott McTominay, and loanee Sofyan Amrabat in Ten Hag’s lineup hierarchy.

Despite being a regular fixture under the former Ajax coach last season, the former Inter Milan star has only started 11 out of 20 games across various competitions this season, tallying just one goal and two assists.
Eriksen perceives himself as ‘excessive to requirements’ and is poised to express his desire to seek a new opportunity elsewhere.
With slightly over a year remaining on his contract, United may explore the possibility of transferring the former Tottenham Hotspur star during the upcoming transfer window.
