The students of Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro in a video saw sweeping the main gate of the school as a way of expressing happiness over the exit of their Rector.
The students who were mostly ladies couldn’t conceal their euphoria as they picked up their brooms to sweep the entrance of the gate following the exit of the Rector courtesy of the recent upgrade of the status of the school from a polytechnic to a University of Science and Technology.

This scene has therefore stirred some relations on social media as people try to figure out why the students chose to express their joy in such an awkward manner.
