Tierney was due to start once more, but picked up an injury in the warm-up and has been replaced by Kolasinac.
The Gunners are without a plethora of centre-backs, as Shkodran Mustafi, Pablo Mari and Calum Chambers all work their way back from injury.
David Luiz, however, has recovered from a neck issue in time to make the squad. Young pair Emile Smith Rowe and Gabriel Martinelli are also sidelined.
