A Nigerian Police officer has reportedly shot a young man in Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti State for refused to unlock his phone at road side.
The Residents of the community where the incidence occurred also intervened after the gunshot to take the victim to the nearest hospital. The news was shared on Twitter by a Nigerian man.
