Man Caught Stealing Generator In Lagos By CCTV (Video)

Nigerian man has been caught red-handed on CCTV stealing a generator from where it was kept.

The thief could be seen carting away a generator from a building in Lagos with a big bag without knowing that he was being recorded by a CCTV camera.
