Croatia national team captain Luka Modric has revealed that he is yet to extend his contract with Spanish Laliga Santander champions Real Madrid football club, but he will soon extend it.
The former Tottenham Hotspur football club of England star has been superb for Carlo Ancelotti led Real Madrid football club since the beginning of the season,
and his excellent performance has helped the team to lift the League title and they are on the verge of winning this season’s UEFA Champions League.

The 36 years old’s current contract with Real Madrid football club of Spain is set to expire at the end of the season, but he is yet to extend it.
Speaking to El Partidazo de cope about his contract situation which was quoted by Fabrizio Romano, Luka Modric says;
“I’ve not extended my contract with Real Madrid yet, but I won’t do like Mbappé [laughs].
And I hope the club won’t do that to me!.”
Kylian Mbappe allegedly agreed to sign for Real Madrid football club on a free transfer from
French Ligue 1 Champions Paris Saint Germain football club, but he eventually signed contract extension with his team.
The report says that Luka Modric has already agreed to extend his contract with a year and it will be official immediately after the final of the UEFA Champions League against Liverpool football club of England.
