Tolanibaj, a former housemate of Big Brother Naija and a prominent DJ, recently shared her heartfelt concerns about her past relationships. During a candid conversation on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast, which she co-hosts alongside actress Moet Abebe, she expressed disappointment over her dating experiences.
Reflecting on her romantic history, Tolanibaj disclosed that she had been in relationships with seven different men, sincerely believing that each one might be her potential life partner. However, despite her hopes and expectations, none of these relationships culminated in marriage, leaving her feeling disheartened.
She candidly remarked that she’s reached a point of realization where she perceives the available options in the dating sphere as “remnants.” According to her, the individuals who meet her standards and expectations seem to already be committed in marriages or relationships, leaving her with fewer choices in her pursuit of a fulfilling relationship.
“I feel like in the dating pool, we are left with remnants. The good ones are married. We hopped on the train too late. I have dated like seven guys and I thought they were the ones…” she expressed on the podcast.
