Granit Xhaka has revealed that he has no plan to leave the Arsenal this summer.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to Inter Milan, who are now managed by Antonio Conte.
It was reported that Arsenal would accept a €40million (£35.6m) bid for him.
The Switzerland international who joined Gunners in a £35m deal from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2016, wants to stay in Emirates.
“Not that I know,” Xhaka told Blick when asked if he was planning to leave Arsenal, he said;
“Not that I know.
“I have another four years on my contract, I only signed last year.
“I’m happy there, my family too. That’s the most important.”
And when asked if he would love to be Arsenal captain, Granit Xhaka replied:
“It would certainly be the dot on the ‘i’.”
