Prominent On Air Personality (OAP) Oladotun Ojuolape, known professionally as Do2dtun, has responded to a recent court order that restrains him from making defamatory remarks about his former sister-in-law’s brother, the well-known singer D’banj.
The dispute over child custody between Do2dtun and his estranged wife, Taiwo, prompted him to air grievances against D’banj on social media. He accused the singer of causing significant distress during his marriage to Taiwo.
Do2dtun shared court documents confirming that a judge had ruled in his favor, granting him joint custody of their children with Taiwo.
As previously reported by Wiseloaded, the Chief District Court of the Federal Capital Territory at Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, issued an order preventing Do2dtun from making defamatory statements against D’banj on social media or any other platform. Additionally, the court instructed the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, to investigate a criminal complaint lodged by D’banj against Do2dtun within a two-week timeframe and report back to the court.
In response to these developments, Do2dtun expressed his frustration on Instagram, pointing out that he has not yet had the opportunity to see his children. He also accused D’banj of playing a power game against him.

In his Instagram post, Do2dtun stated, “If only you all obeyed court orders too, we wouldn’t be here. I have remained silent because you requested mediation. I am convinced that you know what I was saying, and I wasn’t mistaken, but it seems like another power play.”
He continued, “I have still not seen my kids. That’s my primary concern. The rest is inconsequential to me. I am focused! Don’t worry; you and I both know why you don’t want me to speak, because you depend on that income, right? You want my life to be chaotic while you revel in luxury.”
Do2dtun concluded his post with a determined tone, saying, “Over my dead body. Just give me my kids and let me live my life in peace. If we all followed ‘A SIMPLE COURT ORDER,’ we wouldn’t be in this situation. Let’s do the right thing and bid farewell. You won’t intimidate me. A police station is a place for humans. Bring it on.”
The situation with Do2dtun, D’banj, and their family dispute continues to unfold, with emotions running high as they navigate the complexities of a shared custody arrangement.
