2. What Content Does Wiseloaded Use?

Our crypto airdrop platform may display:

  • Project Logos & Images: Used for identification of airdrop projects (fair use)
  • Project Names & Descriptions: Informational use only
  • Screenshots: From project websites or social media (for educational purposes)
  • User-Generated Comments: Submitted by community members
  • External Links: To official project websites, Twitter, Discord, etc.

We do NOT host or distribute copyrighted files, software, or pirated content.

3. Fair Use Notice

Some content on Wiseloaded may constitute “fair use” under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act:

  • Purpose: Educational, informational, and news reporting about crypto airdrops
  • Nature: Factual information about blockchain projects
  • Amount: Only minimal content (logos, names) needed for identification
  • Effect: No negative impact on the original work’s market value

4. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content on Wiseloaded infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice with the following information:

  2. Location: Provide the specific URL(s) on Wiseloaded where infringing content appears
  3. Your Information: Your name, address, phone number, and email address

  5. Accuracy Statement: “The information in this notice is accurate.”
  6. Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

  • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content pending legal resolution.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Wiseloaded terminates user accounts (where applicable) and blocks repeat infringers who violate copyright laws multiple times.

7. Third-Party Content & User Comments

Wiseloaded users may submit comments containing links or content. We are NOT responsible for user-generated content. If you find infringing user content, contact us with the specific URL.

8. Crypto-Specific Considerations

Blockchain projects often use open-source licenses (MIT, GPL, Apache 2.0). Logos and branding remain property of respective projects. We do NOT claim ownership of any project logos, names, or trademarks.

If you represent a crypto project and want your logo, name, or content removed or modified, contact us directly—we typically resolve issues within 48 hours.
