Davido Responds to Peruzzi’s Legal Action Against Influencer Over Fabricated Scandalous Tweet.
Renowned Afrobeat sensation, Davido, has addressed the recent developments regarding his former protege, Peruzzi, and a social media influencer.
The saga began when an influencer, known as ‘Baddy of Lassu’, fabricated tweets attributed to Peruzzi, alleging grievances against Davido and insinuating personal scandals. Among these claims was an accusation that Davido had cut ties with Peruzzi due to allegations of infidelity with Davido’s partner, Chioma.
In response, Peruzzi issued a stern warning of legal action against the influencer, holding him accountable for spreading false information.

Acknowledging his wrongdoing, the influencer issued a public apology on Thursday, taking full responsibility for concocting the misleading posts. Despite the apology, Peruzzi remained resolute in his decision to pursue legal recourse against the individual.
Adding his voice to the matter, Davido expressed agreement with Peruzzi’s stance, advocating for severe consequences for the influencer’s actions.
In a succinct statement, Davido remarked, “Throw away the keys.”
