Tiemoue Bakayoko’s contract at Chelsea is set to be terminated, so he can sign for Nice on transfer deadline.
According to L’Equipe, Bakayoko has no future at Stamford Bridge after joining for £40m in 2017.
The midfielder has spent much of that time on loan in Italy.
However, the 28-year-old could be set for a return to France, with his agents in talks with the Riviera club.

He would be the second player whose contract termination was approved by co-owner Todd Boehly this summer.
Ross Barkley left Chelsea earlier this week after four years.
Barkley was on loan at Aston Villa last season, but he returned last term and only made 14 appearances across all competitions.
