Burnley vs Man United‘s match started with full attacking forces.

McTominay should never have kept his place from the start and he is having a poor performance so far. Ten Hag might argue he has few other options but he risks the wrath of fans for sticking with players after a previous poor showing.
That has been disallowed, and the score remains 0-0. It was a fairly straightforward decision, with Trafford definitely impeded as the header came in from Evans.

That’s gutting for United and Evans, who might have claimed the record for longest gap between scoring for United.
There was a huge shift in momentum when United had a goal ruled out at Arsenal and it will be interesting to see how they cope now. They got a bit of a break as they had been under the cosh but now they’ll be wondering when they are next going to catch a break.

When United have managed to get forward, they have committed in numbers, with Burnley looking to hit them back quickly and exploit the gaps.
But unfortunately for the home side, United just have a little bit more pace.
