Antony, the Manchester United forward, has found himself excluded from the Brazil squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifying matches. This decision follows fresh allegations leveled against him by his ex-girlfriend, Gabriela Cavallin, which were recently published by UOL in his homeland.
Back in June, Antony vehemently denied the allegations of domestic violence made by Ms. Cavallin, asserting his innocence through a statement.

On Monday, Antony expressed his faith in the ongoing police investigations to unveil the truth behind his innocence. Manchester United has yet to provide any official commentary on these latest allegations.
Nevertheless, Brazil has opted to replace Antony in the squad with Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus.
