A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Aminu Ali Shana has been arrested in Kano State with 367 suspected Permanent Voters Cards, PVC ahead 2023 election.

Aminu, who is the APC Chairman of the Yautan Arewa ward in Gabasawa Local Government Area of the State, was according to the police, arrested on October 14, 2022.

Recall that the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in Kano State had through its spokesperson, Sanusi Bature raised the alarm, alleging that some politicians in the State were hoarding/buying PVCs from voters in areas where they doubt their chances of performing well in the 2023 general elections.
